        Terms & Conditions of Boarding

• Proof of Vaccination must accompany each dog on arrival Additionally this must include "kennel cough"

• All dogs must be micro chipped as part of our Legal requirement / License conditions.

• We require a 30% deposit (non-refundable) to secure booking and payment in full on day of arrival.
  

• All dogs are charged for day of arrival and departure.
  

• Vet bills are the responsibility of the owner. In the event of injury or other cause of a condition the vet fees may be recoverable through the Insurance we carry up to a maximum of £1250 per animal. Cover does not extend to pre-existing conditions.
  

• In order keep all dogs free from Flea and Worm infestations we request that all our guests have been treated accordingly.

• We cannot accept a female (Bitch) in season.
  

• We reserve the right to refuse to board any dog which in our view is unwell.​
